2. Have the following details ready

  • shoe style and code (e.g. Ladies Spikeless E-Series 39973)
  • shoe colour and code (e.g. pink/white 50934)
  • shoe size (e.g. Size 8 or 42)

    Delivery and postage
    Postage and packaging for most shoes is free in the UK. For all other locations, please check our delivery charges at the time of placing your order. We hold a large amount of stock and aim to post your new shoes within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please ask for specific delivery times of shoes that are not held in stock at the time of placing your order.

    Mainland UK – Delivery and postage is free to all mainland UK addresses on all orders over £20. Orders under £20 will have a postage charge of £2.50 added.

    Overseas Customers For all member EEC countries including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Holland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden, postage and packaging will be £7.50 per item.

    For all other worldwide destinations including Australia, USA and South Africa, postage will be £12.50 per item.

    Delivery within mainland UK should take between 3 – 5 days. Parcels must be signed for and cannot be left in alternative locations. Overseas deliveries will take longer.
    If you require a guaranteed next day delivery, this is possible, providing the order is placed before 1pm on that particular day at a charge of £7.50.

    Return policy
    Internet purchases/mail order - If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 21 days of purchase by sending it to:

    Goods must be received in an unworn and saleable condition and a full refund will be given on receipt of goods.
    Please note, refunds will not include postage costs.
    We do ask that you pay the postage on any goods you return to us, however, if you require an exchange, we will pay the postage on any goods we send back to you within mainland UK.
    The cheapest way to return goods to us, is to take them to your nearest Post Office and send them standard delivery via Royal Mail. We do recommend that you obtain proof of postage for your goods that you return to us, as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

    All sizes are subject to availability. If your shoes are out of stock we will confirm availability when you place your order.
